Try Before You Buy

We offer a wide range of musical instruments, sound equipment and accessories. However, it is not possible to keep this large selection always in stock at all our stores. Besides the basic product range, each branch has a varying stock with local accents and specialties. The stock in each store is different.

Make online reservations, try in our store

Did you find a product on our website, and you want to test it in one of our stores? Use our free online booking service. Fill in the form on the product page to request a reservation, or call our customer service.

We ensure that the product is sent to the branch selected by you. You will receive an email or text message when the product is available and ready to be tested.

Terms of use:

Online reservations are only available to registered customers of KEYMUSIC.

Reservations automatically expire 48 hours after arrival of the product(s) in the selected branch.

The customer will receive an e-mail and / or text message when a product is available for testing in the selected branch.

Maximum two product bookings per customer per month (max. 6 per year).

Online reservations are valid for one branch per customer per month.

Online reservations are only available for products that are in stock at KEYMUSIC.

Online reservations are only available for products priced 100 euros or over.

The reserved goods remain the property of KEYMUSIC until a sales agreement is made and the amount is paid in full.

Use of this service does not require purchase of the reserved goods.

Not all products are suitable for testing in our stores. Playing or testing of products should always be done in consultation with our product specialists.

This service is only valid in stores KEYMUSIC. The customer may not bring the goods home.

KEYMUSIC reserves the right to refuse requests for product reservations.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The sale price at the time of booking may differ from the price at the time of purchase.

It may take up to 48 hours before an application for a pending reservation. If only one piece of a product is in stock, chances are that it is no longer available because it has been sold in the meantime.

This service aims to provide customers with an intention to buy the opportunity to try products in the store before they decide to purchase.

Products that are not in stock at Keymusic are excluded from this service. These products we have to order for the customer and in most cases a deposit is required. Ask a staff member for more information or contact our customer service.
